Our intergenerational project, ColchesterUp, returns with the visit of children to a Colchester Care Home.
And they’re BACK! After SUCH. a long time, the #ColchesterUp project is back in full swing, with the wonderful kids from Cheeky Childminding visiting their Grandfriends at Springfields care home in Copford! Nikki Roberts of Cheeky Childminding said, "It was such an emotional time being reunited, as everyone had grown so much!! We just absolutely love being a part of this". So if you are a childcare provider, and want the opportunity for you and the children in your care to have these same opportunities and experiences, please let us know. I’m sure these guys will give you some great ideas!

Since the intergenerational Up Project started, we have engaged with 28 schools, 2 children's nurseries, 5 childminder groups and have created drop in sessions for 7 care homes and approximately 80 care home residents!
