Christmas Giving Tree and Christmas Cards 2022
Tis the season of presents for everyone.
Just days before Christmas Day the FaNs team were out in force delivering Christmas Gifts and Christmas Cards to our local Care Homes. For weeks the Elves at FaNs HQ, sponsored by the wonderful team at Hills Self Storage, had been wrapping, sorting and checking the nice lists of 20 care homes. Harris & Hoole and Tescos in Highwoods displayed the gift tags and diligently made sure that as many as possible were picked from the Giving Tree by our wonderful community. Colchester City Council encouraged our local Schools to get involved and they created the most beautiful cards. Community group Sleigh Bells, who no one should be with out over the festive period, wrote 1,000 Christmas Cards.
Once Rudolph (other wise known as Ben from Hills Self Storage) and the FaNs Elves had finally completed their round 1,000 gifts had been delivered and almost 2,000 cards.
Proving to us all, if there was ever any doubt, that Father Christmas is truly magical and our community is the greatest.
