For the first time in a while, we were able to meet in person.
The FaNs Ops Team and Board met today and reviewed the commitments we have to our funders, updated the charity vision, mission and values to align these with our current thinking, and discussed ways we can improve impact reporting. It was also a great opportunity for new staff and trustees to meet one another, and was the first time everyone had met face to face since before the covid pandemic. Later the board reviewed the financial strategy, and agreed changes to our constitutional statement, policies and trustee roles to strengthen our charity governance.
